Possessing a master’s degree from Louisiana Tech University, Damon brings a unique approach while fostering a positive, motivational team environment to ensure the job is done right. He is a consummate team player committed to serving clients needs ensuring high quality results in a timely manner.

Damon and his wife, Meg, enjoy cheering on their 2 children playing their favorite sports. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors.
